The short version: Ninefold doesn't collect, store or share any personal data on our servers, because it doesn't have any. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party services. Everything you enter stays on your device.

This policy explains how the Ninefold app for iPhone ("Ninefold", "the app", "we") handles your information. It applies to the app and to this website.

Information stored on your device

To work as a scoreboard, Ninefold saves the following on your iPhone:

Player names you add (guests are not saved)
Matches, legs, scores and in-progress games, so you can resume them
Statistics such as averages, checkouts, 180s and match history
Medals earned, with the date and match they came from
Your settings, such as theme, game defaults, sounds and haptics

This data is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it, and we have no way to access it.

If your device's own backup (for example, an iCloud or computer backup managed by Apple) is turned on, that backup may include Ninefold's data along with your other apps. That is handled by Apple under your device settings and Apple's privacy policy, not by Ninefold.

Information we collect

None. Ninefold has no accounts or sign-in. It contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or tracking software, and it uses no third-party services or SDKs. The app does not use your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos.

Purchases

Ninefold Pro (a one-time purchase) and Supporter (a monthly subscription) are sold through Apple's App Store. Payments, subscriptions and Restore Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never receive your name, email address or payment details. This is the only network activity in the app. Apple's handling of your information is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

Apple may give developers aggregated, anonymous sales and App Store figures (such as the number of downloads). These cannot identify you.

Tracking

Ninefold does not track you across apps or websites, and does not share data with data brokers or advertisers.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and its fonts are served from this site rather than a third party. Like any website, the server that hosts it may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Deleting your data

Because your data lives only on your iPhone, you're always in control of it. Deleting Ninefold from your iPhone removes all of its data from the device.

Children

Ninefold does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13, because it collects no information at all.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
